A track and field stadium located in the city of Capas, Tarlac, Philippines is a New Clark City athletic facility. It is the main site of the sports complex of the New Clark City and is part of the Administrative Core of the National Government. The ASEAN Para Games 2020 opening ceremony and closing ceremony are due to take place at the conclusion of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games.
The near-open New Clark City stadium in the city of Capas (Tarlac) can be a perfect training camp for international athletes to attend the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as the main hub of the 30th South East Asian Games.
The track oval training area has been built in the form of facilities that are fitted with legitimate performance-enhancing equipment “to help them out in their sports and to unlock their full potential,” said Audris Romualdez, International Managing Director for E-Sports.
In order to install SmarTracks, the state-of-the-art performance diagnostics system that accurately tracks and monitors the performance of athletes through magnetic gates, E-Sports International has been commissioned by MTD Philippines, the leading group building the NCC.
According to E-Sports, it enables the recording of events in various disciplines.
Nikko David, CEO of MTD, Philippines, said that not only philippine wagering that qualified for the Tokyo Olympics can take advantage of NCC features by teleconference call.
They will practice here from March (2020), until joining the Olympics and use the facilities. In Tokyo, weather conditions are close to our time and international athletes will find that the facilities they do have, but they are not so costly, are equal to the rest of the world.
Worldwide, there are only about 30 stadiums, making the NCC the only stadium in the world with SmarTracks.
From 24 July to 9 August the Tokyo Olympics will be held.
The NCC will be engulfed by the fire next week when the formal opening of the SEAG takes place, although some Filipino athletes did test the equipment during a test event there just a couple of weeks ago.
