People today living in India are witnessing the rise in disposable income. This phenomenon leads to the increase in the purchasing capacity of the consumer. One of the major reasons is the coming up of projects such as “Digital India” or “smart city” by the government of India, which encourages the use of technology in India. The time when demonetization hit the economy, people started using the technology for making payments which in turn increased the demand for gadgets. The need for gadgets in India is always created. Industrial gadgets covering one of the highest shares of the gadget industry (15%) is the highest contributor of growth. The demand of gadgets in India are increasing day by day as people are moreover encouraging the technology and these advanced technology gadgets are a part of the lifestyle of an average Indian. Not forgetting, India is the hub for industrial activities, the wide resources found in India are available nowhere else, thus investors and other countries prefer to set up their space in India.

The government of India focusing on the production of goods (Make in India) encourages and makes India one of the most successful countries in terms of Gadget usage & Production. India needs more investors and affordability power in every section of the society. The gadget industry will said to be successful when it will be able to cover all the segments of society.
